I'm not coaching you
from a finished place.
For many years I worked with people in crisis - young and old - walking alongside people in some of the most difficult seasons of their lives. I have sat with people at their lowest. I understand what it means to carry something heavy.
I came to God in 2015. I was baptised in 2018. And in 2025, during a time of deep prayer, I received something I will never forget. I saw a vision - light glowing, arms open - and I heard God say to me: "I have been waiting for you." His tone was warm. He was smiling.
I had spent so long focused on what He had planned for me that I almost missed the most important thing He said. He was not waiting to give me a plan. He was waiting for me. Relationship. That is what He has always wanted. And the years I spent not drawing close to Him - He felt that. He was waiting.
That is what I want to help you understand. God is not distant. He has not moved. He is waiting - right now - for you to come. And what I do is help you tear down the strongholds that have been blocking your own access to Him.
What helped me most were the people who knew God and spoke His truth over me. That is what I want to be for you.
I am a wife, a mother, and a teacher of the Word. I am still on this journey - and if you ever feel like you have arrived, you are truly mistaken. We should always be striving to know God more, always leaning in, always choosing to bathe in the depths of His love. There is always more of Him to discover. For the woman who processes best in writing. Once a week, you write to me - no more than 500 words, sharing where you are. I respond with what I am hearing spiritually, a scripture that speaks to your situation, a question to sit with, and a short prayer written over you personally. Four exchanges over four weeks - this is your monthly allowance. Unused exchanges do not carry over, so make them count.

Everything we do is rooted in God's word. I pray, I use scripture, and I believe God is at work in your situation. If that's what you're looking for, you are in the right place.
This is not therapy
I am a coach and a woman of faith, not a counsellor or therapist. If you are in crisis or need clinical mental health support, please do reach out to a professional.
